Rigorous Quality Control: Each Dream Haven RV undergoes meticulous quality checks to ensure a reliable and enjoyable experience. However, if an issue arises, our factory warranty, dealer network and our preferred repair agents are here to assist.

Supplier-Warranted Components: To ensure comprehensive coverage, we ensure our suppliers provide warranties in respect of the materials and workmanship in producing the relevant product such as, suspensions, appliances, televisions, and refrigerators. Dream Haven RV installs these components according to the manufacturers’ specifications.

Warranty Coverage and Claims: Your warranty begins on the day you take delivery of your new RV. For warranty repairs approved by Dream Haven and performed by an Authorised Dealer or Preferred Repairer, there’s no additional cost to you.

Only repairs approved by Dream Haven RV and performed by an Authorised Dealer or a Preferred Repairer are covered under our warranty unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. To maintain your travel RVs warranty, please use it as intended and follow the recommended service schedule.
